About
Chart Visual started in Naples in 2020 as a photography studio and became what it is by following its clients: first the photographs, then the website, then the system they needed to run the business.
We keep few projects open at once. That is the reason the dates we promise hold.
How we got here
We started by photographing weddings. Then a client asked for a site to show those photographs, and the site brought in more work than the photography did. Another needed to stop running shoots off a spreadsheet, and out of that came a system other studios now use.
That is why our nine services are not a list assembled to look bigger than we are: they are the things clients asked for one after another, and that we learned to do properly because solving them fell to us.
We work between two markets. In Italy because that is where we are, in Naples, and where we meet clients face to face. In Ukraine because that is where we come from, and because we write in both languages without going through a translator — which you can tell, reading it.

Three rules we do not negotiate
A date is a date
The delivery date goes into the contract alongside the price. If it slips on us, that is our problem; if it slips because approval is sitting with you, you see it in writing and you see by how much.
We hold nothing hostage
Code, source files, domains and access are in your name from day one. We stay because it is worth it to you, not because you are stuck.
The code is yours
Repository, source files and access transfer to you on delivery. If you ever change agency, you do not start over.
A rehearsed process, not a sprint
The method never changes: a tight brief, one structured round of revisions, delivery. Modern tooling takes the repetitive work off the table, so the time stays on quality and on you.
