Brief and goals
One hour on a call: what the business sells, to whom, and which number has to change. The quote comes out of this, with the delivery date already in it.

An hour of your time and the numbers you already have: what you sell, where customers come from today.

Structure and copy
Page map and final copy before any visuals. Approving the words now costs a day; approving them later costs a week.

Sign-off on the copy within a day. This is where projects stall most often.

Design
The homepage first, desktop and mobile together. One round of revisions collected in a single document, then the rest follows the same system.

Your design feedback, collected in one message rather than ten.

Development
Code, admin panel and content loaded in. You watch the site on a preview link while we build it, not at the end.

Photos, price lists, documents: everything that has to end up on the pages.

Testing and launch
Checks on real phones, speed, technical SEO and forms. Then launch, handover of access, and half an hour showing you the admin panel.

Because we do not start from zero each time. The process is fixed, the base components are already written and tested, and copy is approved before design — which is exactly where projects normally stall for weeks. The time saved is administrative, not craft time.
Where does the site live? Whose hosting and domain are they?

We provide hosting and the domain: after launch the site runs on our servers, with weekly backups and technical updates included — one point of contact for this part too. The project stays yours though: on request we hand over full access, code and assets to move the site to another service or another company, with no lock-in and no downtime.
